Background

2019年中国经济在由高速增长向高质量增长的转型与结构调整过程中,深化金融供给侧结构性改革,把控房地产金融风险上升的处置工作是今年监管部门的核心任务。房地产已经进入存量时代,同时,在房地产开发企业资金链呈现趋紧迹象下,对于流动性不足的房地产行业是一次颠覆性的洗牌。如何重塑价值,盘活低效资产及谋求战略转型将会是房地产行业的共同面对的问题与挑战。

在新周期新形势下,本次中国房地产业特殊资产投资论坛,以存量时代,盘活特殊资产为核心主旨。诚挚的邀请政府监管领导、房地产业专家学者、行业领袖于2019年9月20日-21日齐聚上海,分析当前宏观经济形势,多视角共同探讨中国房地产特殊资产市场的稳健发展。

In 2019, China's economy will experience a deeper supply-side structural reform in the financialsector, as part of its transition and restructuring from high-speed to high-quality growth.Controlling the rise in real estate financial risks is the core task of the regulatory authorities thisyear. The real estate market has entered an existing stock era. At the same time, lending forreal estate developers is showing signs of tightening, which will be disruptive for the illiquid realestate industry. How to revive value, revitalize inefficient assets and seek strategic transformation are common challenges facing the entire real estate industry.

In this new era and market situation, this edition of the China Real Estate Special SituationInvestment Forum takes the existing stock era and the revitalization of special assets as itscore themes. We cordially invite government regulators, real estate experts and scholars, andindustry leaders to Shanghai from September 20 to 21, 2019, to analyze the currentmacroeconomic situation, and to discuss the stable development of China's real estate specialassets market from multiple perspectives.
