近年来，在中国政府的去产能淘汰僵尸企业的政策之下，越来越多的企业面临破产重整。对于银行来说，处理不良贷款的压力巨大，业内人士认为中国银行业的不良率远高于对外公布的1.75%，总量也远超过2万亿。我们注意到，2016年以来，政府已经出台了如不良资产证券化、债转股等政策加大力度处理银行不良资产。然而，政策实行效果以及中国不良资产处置面临的诸多问题，是值得业内交流探讨的。而对于海外投资者来说，参与到中国不良资产处置和困境企业重组中来，是一次难得的机遇，显然，中国不良资产处置市场已成为新一轮巨大的可掘“金矿”。继第一届“中国不良资产处置高峰论坛”在北京成功举办，中国投资协会和通达金融研究院再次发力“第二届中国不良资产和困境资产论坛” 将于2016年9月22日-23日在香港隆重举行！届时国内国际的专家同仁，将共同讨论中国不良市场的机遇和挑战！

In recent years, more and more businesses have been facing bankruptcy reorganization under the policy of De-Capacity and eliminating the zombie enterprises formulated by The Chinese Government. The publicly announced actual situation was initially understated and that the current NPL situation is much higher at 2Trillion RMD with 1.75% rate which is a humungous undertaking for banks in mainland China. We noticed that our government has come up with some policies such as securitization and debt-to-equity swap of NPL to deal with NPL of banks more effectively. Implementation and effect of the policy and disposal of NPL in China, however, are facing a lot of problems, which are worth exchanging and discussing for us. When it comes to Overseas investors, it is a golden opportunity to take part in disposal of NPL in China and Distressed Debt Reorganization. For the Chinese NPL Market has obviously become a new round of “Huge Gold Mine”. After “the first Chinese NPL Disposal Forum” have been successfully hold in Beijing. The China Investment Association and Total Finance has cooperated again to hold “The second Annual China NPL & Distressed Debt Forum” in Hong Kong, September 22-23 2016.On the occasion, many authorities at home and abroad will work together to discuss the Chinese NPL Market’s opportunities and challenges.
