2013年1月9日至10日，由Oppland中国主办的中国机场发展与扩建国际论坛2013在北京富力万丽酒店举行，本次论坛吸引了200多位国内外机场运营机构和设备与技术供应商的热情参与。

会上，民航院校的专家们分享了对于 “国务院关于促进民航发展的指导意见” 的解读，探讨中国超大规模机场规划建设等话题；机场运营机构的高管介绍了其在机场建设与运营中的经验；来自国内外的设备与技术供应商，为机场的智能与绿色发展提出了自己的解决方案；与会专家们还就如何实践最佳规划设计，实现绿色和可持续的机场以及应用现有资源提升增值业务创新等内容进行了深入的分析与探讨。中央电视台、财新网等媒体也对会议开幕式等进行了报道。
