Peter在航空业具有30年的丰富工作经验，在Rolls Royce,汉莎技术, 香港航空资本HKAC等公司担任过多年的高管职务，也曾担任Nordcapital Aviation的执行总监。他的行业经验覆盖技术、商务和资本市场等多个方面，积累了航空公司、银行、投资者和私募基金等公司高层资源。
他前任的职务是担任HKAC公司的航空市场部负责人，负责全球航空公司和飞机制造商关系和业务维护。
Peter是ISTAT协会会员，2005-2011年间也担任ISTAT协会董事会成员一职，并在ISTAT协会全球化发展，特别是亚太地区会员和业务发展中扮演着重要角色。
Prior to that, He was the Head of Airline Marketing with Hong Kong Aviation Capital, a leading global aircraft lessor since 2012， responsible for relationships with airlines and aircraft manufactures globally.
Mr. Huijbers is based in Hong Kong, has over 29 years of aviation industry experience, and has been employed in senior commercial positions at BMW Rolls-Royce, Lufthansa Technik as well as being Managing Director at Nordcapital Aviation. Mr. Huijbers' experience covers the full spectrum of technical, commercial and capital markets and he has dealt extensively with the senior management of airlines, banks, aircraft investors and closed-end funds globally. Peter is a member of the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT) and has been a member of the Board of Directors from 2005 - 2011. Mr. Huijbers played a key role in the ISTAT Globalization Initiative including developing an initial presence in Asia with a very successful first ISTAT China conference in May 2011. Mr. Huijbers was elected a trustee of the ISTAT Foundation in 2014 and is a member of its Board. Also, Peter is the chairman of the ISTAT Foundation's Scholarship Committee. |

段晓革先生毕业于中国民航飞行学院，机械工程学学士，段先生与多架国际知名的航空公司合作，拥有超过20年的深厚的飞机维修，测试经验。
段先生作为高级工程师在通用电气商业航空服务公司工作超过8年，参与了几百架飞机的租赁、交接，检查和维修工作，对飞机项目的技术维护有独到见解。
Mr. Duan Xiaoge is in charge of technical and asset management. Mr. Duan joined CALC in July 2007 as a consultant and has become a full-time employee of the Group effective from March 2013. Mr. Duan graduated with the degree of bachelor of professional aeronautics from the College of China Civil Aviation (currently known as Civil Aviation University of China) in 1988. Mr. Duan further completed a professional manager MBA programme organised by Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2007. Mr. Duan was qualified as an assistant engineer of China Northwest Airlines in 1989 and is a qualified civil aircraft maintenance personnel of China Aviation Administration of China since 1994.
Prior to joining CALC, Mr. Duan worked as an independent contracted technical consultant of GE Capital Aviation Services from 2000 to March 2012 where he was responsible for aircraft transactions, delivery and re-delivery, assets audit, and managing aircraft alterations.
Mr. Duan has over 27 years of experience in the aircraft industry, focusing on aircraft maintenance and engineering, project consultancy and planning. |

 Eamonn Cronin

Eamonn在航空行业有20多年的工作经验，在加入Acumen之前，Eamonn任职于爱尔兰的一家刚起步的经营性租赁公司Octagon航空。他也是爱尔兰Eirtrade航空的创立人之一，在AWAS、ORIX航空、SR技术等大型公司担任过专业职务。Eamonn是一位注册会计师，拥有都柏林大学的商业学士学位。
Eamonn has over 20 years' experience in the aviation business. Prior to Acumen, Eamonn was on the Board of Octagon Aviation Capital a start-up leasing operation based in Ireland. He was also one of the founders of Eirtrade Aviation Ireland and has held executive commercial positions with AWAS,ORIX Aviation and SR Technics.
Eamonn is a Chartered Accountant and holds a bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin.
